1G Studio (collectively “us”, “our” or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to describe the types of information we collect from you (“users”, “your” or “you”) when you use our website available at https://1gstudio.eu or any 1G Studio game provided on a mobile platform (each a “Service,” collectively, the “Services”).

Our Privacy Policy tells you what personal data and non-personal data we collect from you, how we collect them, how we protect them, how we share them, how you can access and change them, and how you can limit our sharing of them. The Privacy Policy also explains certain legal rights that you have with respect to your personal data.

Information We Collect from You

As a company, we do not collect any Personal Information like email address, birth date or time, age, name, phone number, address from the users.

Support requests or direct communication

If we do happen to obtain personal information, including emails or phone numbers obtained through support requests or other correspondence, it will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. Any such personal information will be retained towards resolution of the support requests and for future reference if you need support again. We can delete the emails anytime on your request.

iPhone, iPad games

Our mobile games for iOS devices (iPhones/iPads) do not include third-party analytics or third-party advertising. We do not send personally identifiable information or device information to third parties.

When you use our game downloaded from Google Play Store, we use our third-party analytics service provider Firebase (https://firebase.google.com) offered by Google LLC which automatically collects the following technical personal and non-personal data from you:

• Unique device identifiers for advertising (google advertiser id or idfa, for example)
• Device information
• Geography/region
• Number of users
• Number of sessions
• Session duration
• In-app purchases
• Application opens
• Application updates

• Operating systems

We use such data to:

• Analyze gameplay data, improve the content and track potential problems or trends with our Games and services, or to test our new game features and content
• Understand you and your preferences and provide you with new game content and services, tailor our products
• Provide game updates, technical troubleshooting, understanding and analyzing trends in connection with usage of the Games, and administering the Games.
• Deliver advertisements and promotional information to you in our Apps
• Cross promote our Apps and services, meaning we may promote one of our Apps while you are playing a different App of ours

Sale of Personal Data and Successors

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not intend to do so in the future.

Use of Your Information by Others

We may give your personal data to third-party service providers whom we hire to provide services on our behalf (our data processors).

• Right to correct your data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR (e.g. you can contact us if your email address has been changed and we should replace your old email address)
• Right to have your data deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR (e.g. you can contact us if you want us to delete certain data that we have stored about you, please load Terms &Privacy from your Game settings and follow instructions in section request Personal Data to be removed  in Privacy Policy (available to EEA-based users only))
• Right to limit data collection in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR (e.g. you can do it by withdrawal of your consent in accordance with instructions above)
• Right to take your data with you in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR (e.g. you can contact us to receive your data if you want to upload it to another service)
• Right to object how your data is handled in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR (e.g. you can contact us if you do not agree with any user analytics procedures as described within this privacy policy)
• Right to send complaints to the supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 para. 1 f GDPR (e.g. you can contact the data protection supervisory authority directly).

Children's Privacy

Our Policy Regarding Children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services without the authorization of the holder of the parental responsibility for the child.

If you are under 16, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address, without the authorization of your parents. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data without such authorization.

In the event that we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16 without the authorization of the holder of the parental responsibility, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16 without the aforementioned authorization, please contact us.
